The Contract Farm Business Development Lead is responsible in organizing and planning the contract farming of the business.
The lead ensures that contract farms receive the corporation’s message regarding business culture, values and safety practice.
A CFBDL is responsible for the management of business relationship and development of contract agreements for contract farms.
He works with local team to develop and strengthen existing network relations, adapt, train and improve farm practice to drive sustainable and profitable contract farming.
Finally this role is responsible for working with the business unit leadership team to develop and execute a plan to achieve desired business goals.
Should be a graduate of Agriculture major in poultry production or related field (eg Agribusiness Management).
5 years past experience in broiler breeder or broiler production.
Experience in the management and development of contract farms.
Knowledgeable of basic HR practices,etc.

At least 5 years leadership or supervisory experience.
Working knowledge of Food Safety, Occupational Safety and Health Standards of DOLE and Environmental regulations
Knowledgeable of HR practices, Guiding Principles, etc.
Ability to set performance goals, conduct performance reviews and coach
