To meet or exceed sales targets (eg units, value, market share, share of wallet) and grow these parameters within agreed budgets and timescales through compliance with all the sales & marketing programs / strategies and effective leadership of sales team
College degree, science-related or business management courses an advantage but not required English
Proven, successful selling track record, 3-5 years in Pharma (Generics, an advantage) or FMCG environment.
Ability to manage teams.
Coaching experience, ideally in training department.
Marketing Sciences / product management experience would be beneficial but not essential
