Summary of Primary Job Responsibilities :
Lead, coach and develop Knowledge Management Consultants
Develop content via alternate creative means including Office 365 applications (e.g video) to better reach agents
Contribute to requirements of KM Strategy
Maintain Business as Usual KM requirements
Identify, priorities and deliver opportunities for KM improvement
Champion Knowledge Management (My Information Hub) across support functions and outsource sites
Typical Qualifications :
Education (if beyond High School or equivalent) : 4-year college degree or equivalent directly related work experience.
Experience Target (in this job or a related function / field) : 1-3 years experience on knowledgebase or content management.
Proven track record in implementing knowledge management systems and in converting process and product information into usable content.
Experience assessing organizational needs, designing / developing solutions and implementing / evaluating initiatives. Minimum of one year past management experience required.

Superior interpersonal skills with the ability to establish and maintain relationships at multiple levels of the organization (both internal and external stakeholders).
Excellent written and oral communication skills. Ability to work comfortably with MS Office suite of products. Advanced technical, procedural and document writing, proofing and editing skills.
Advanced user of Microsoft SharePoint 2013 and O365 as well as social’ collaboration, communication and sharing tools. Highly creative and can appropriately visualise information.
Knowledge / Abilities : (describe type and level of knowledge or ability needed to perform essential job functions and those that enable success in performing this job)
Ability to simplify information, process, product content to make these easy to understand for ESL users. Ability to analyse data and recommend KM initiatives based on feedback and performance.
Ability to transfer knowledge, coach, and develop KM consultants.
Special Certifications (if appropriate identify if required to perform the job or just preferred) :
Formal education in content development preferred, including advanced degrees and certificates.
