  • Determine and use the appropriate sourcing channel (including social media, job boards, agencies and internal applications)
  • Coordinate the recruitment process, including but not limited to understanding job specifications, posting advertisements, pre-
  • screening of candidate’s applications according to specifications, submitting qualifies applications to the hiring managers and HR Managers and tracking application progress to position close

  • Coordinate with recruitment agencies with regards to executive level, niche and hot skill roles
  • Arrange series of interviews (face to face, phone, webex)
  • Prepare employment contract and coordinate new hire’s on-boarding
  • Arrange full background check of new hires with third party provider
  • Maintain and monitor Recruitment Status Report
  • Assist in daily work operations within HR Shared Services
  • Requirements :

  • Degree holder in Business / Human Resource Administration / BS Psychology or any related field
  • Prior experience in recruitment will be an advantage, at least 2 to 3 years of experience
  • Microsoft Office application skills
  • Team player
  • Good communication skills
