Roles and Responsibilities :
1. Perform contract summary reviews and process audits to reinforce contract provisions for optimum process and / or vendor management.
2. Train, establish and instill Operational Excellence work style and mindset among outsourced vendors’ representatives, supervisors and account manager.
3. Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients on escalated issues. Resolve issues in a tactful and expedient manner.
4. Provides insightful analytics and recommendation to improve service quality, efficiency and cost.
Carry out any other duties within the defined scope of facilities that may be assigned from time to time.
