Role Deliverables : Account Management
Assists the Senior Manager or the Director / Business Unit Head in discussing research needs and study objectives of clients.
Directly coordinates details of the proposal with clients
Follows-up with clients on the approval of the project proposal.
Keeps clients updated on status of projects.
Observes actual fieldwork and audits 10-15% of completed questionnaires for possible errors in field implementation and questionnaire design.
Monitors progress of fieldwork, addresses field problems.
Monitors turnover of completed questionnaires by Field Associates / Executives to Coders and coded questionnaires to Data Management Services, ensuring that timetables are met.
Assists clients during fieldwork observation
Prepares summary tables and charts for analysis.
Performs additional statistical test and measures required by the project.
Conducts desk research to enhance analysis of data.
May prepare detailed analysis, highlights, conclusions and recommendations subject to Senior Research Manager (SRM) or Business Unit Head’s (BUH) review
Documentation and Presentation
Prepares final report for submission to client.
Supervises printing and collation, when applicable, or sends e-copy / soft copy of final report
Coordinates with client on date of presentation of study.
Presents to client result of study, under the supervision of SRM or BUH, when applicable
Archives all working files for security measure.
Supervises the return of product samples, manuscripts, etc. provided by client.
Ensures that client is billed for the total project cost in coordination with Staff Assistant
Facilitates sending of Customer Satisfaction Survey to clients in coordination with Staff Assistant
Knowledge and Skills Required :
College degree in any of the following Communication Research, Marketing, Statistics, Math, Economics, Psychology, Sociology, Mass Communication, Management or any related discipline.
Knowledge of various statistical and analytical techniques and / or tools is an advantage.
Proficient in MS PowerPoint, Excel and Word
Demonstrates intellectual and professional integrity.
Good networking skills and service orientation.
Innovative, adaptable and flexible.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Articulate at conveying ideas, both oral and written.
Good presentation skills
A fast learner, good in numbers and attentive to details
Fresh Graduate or at least one (1) year work experience
Undertakes simple research studies under the direct supervision of a Senior Manager / Director.
