Responsibilities

  • Enhancing the revenue from existing clients and their affiliates
  • Understanding the client’s future direction and plans and championing this direction within the organization
  • Delivering positive customer service experience by listening to each client's needs, setting their expectations and presenting solutions to address issues / challenges
  • Lead generation and prospecting (i.e., cold calling, social media, networking, events, etc.)
  • Existing sales pipeline management
  • A proven relationship builder, with an inner drive to succeed
  • Preparing presentations, value proposition & developing analytical reports
  • Sales focused, highly motivated by targets and outcomes
  • Submit daily, weekly and monthly report to the Managing Director
  • Looking after the clients during their company visit in Manila (ie : picking up clients from the airport even on weekends / holidays, taking clients to dinner, etc.)
  • The successful candidate will work closely with operations related to client satisfaction and identify additional requirements for existing clients.
  • Highly motivated and able to work independently
  • Undertaking any other tasks or responsibilities assigned by the Managing Director and Operations Manager
  • Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor's / College Degree, any field
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Between 2-5 years of sales experience as a min
  • Ability to establish and nurture C-level relationships
  • Positive attitude, passionate and self-motivated
  • Experience with Salesforce a plus
  • B2B business solutions experience a plus
  • Must have strong knowledge of the BPO services
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Target driven and must have an excellent negotiating skills
  • Willing and able to work on extended hours and holidays
  • Must have a valid driver’s license
  • Proficient in a Microsoft Office Environment, specifically Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Mandaluyong City
