Duties :

Under the guidance and supervision of Director of Sales & Marketing / Senior Events Manager, he / she handles all aspects of negotiation and coordination process of local catering events.

He / she executes and supports all catering sales related activities as well as maximizing revenue opportunities in his / her specific area of responsibility, thereby contributing to the overall local catering revenue.

  • College graduate.
  • At least 3 years experience in an international hotel in the same capacity.
  • Positive attitude, self-starter, tactful and sensitive to guests and staff needs, goal oriented.
  • Expertise in menu planning, food presentation, meeting room set ups, audio visual and banquet service standards.
