Elevate is recruiting an HR Generalist who will support our delivery by providing various HR services like talent acquisition, employee on-

boarding, payroll management, training and development, HRMS administration, employee relations and retention, and compliance.

  • Specifically You Will...

  • Liaise with service line managers to understand recruiting needs
  • Post job adverts on job portals and manage our recruitment management tool, to help us recruit the right fit for various positions at Elevate Services
  • Manage the monthly payroll by coordinating with our service provider
  • On-board new Associates by conducting the Elevate induction and orientation
  • Manage our HRMS on ElevatedHR which is an online system developed on an open source platform named Quickbase
  • Generate various HR reports for the monthly dashboard and post them on Elevate intranet
  • Complete exit formalities of Associate leaving Elevate
  • Manage the performance management cycle for all Associates
  • Skills for Success

  • 4+ years’ experience in the LPO / BPO / KPO sector with at least 2 years in a recruiting role
  • Worked as a service provider to clients with experience in direct client interaction over emails / telephone
  • Experience using cloud-based applications
  • Experience in HR administration and reporting preferred
  • Technical Skills

  • Excellent business acumen to understand different service lines and its needs to hire appropriate talent
  • Excellent judge of talent
  • Excellent communications skills
  • Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and an analytical mind.
  • Driven and able to motivate a diverse staff, ensuring deadlines and measurable objectives are met.
  • Polished professional and client service-oriented attitude, with a proven track record of understanding and exceeding client expectations.

  • Qualifications

  • Graduate or equivalent experience
