MDM Team Lead
Global Master Data Management
This position is part of the Global Master Data Management Team in Vestas SSC Manila that supports Group Finance and Finance SSC in terms of master data creation and maintenance processes.
Areas of Impact : Global Finance & Finance SSC
Performance Measures : SLA compliance rating, Quality rating on service delivery, Key stakeholder and customer satisfaction targets, Team and employee engagement.
Directs and manages the activities of the Finance MDM team such that they align with and positively effect the function’s drive for operational excellence and quality mindset.
Leads and manages the master data creation and maintenance tasks of the team to ensure data accuracy and consistency are met.
Establishes an excellent working relationship with the business units and within the team.
Understands the expected service level commitments for the business unit and their requirement to meet and / or exceed the divisional expectation.
Adhere to KPI’s around Finance Master Data
Run designated reports that will support analytics, data accuracy, metrics and reporting as needed
Maintain consistency, uniformity and accuracy of master data across all systems
Performs tasks necessary to complete the performance objectives
Performs other functions that may be assigned from time to time
Graduate of any business course
Minimum of three (3) years working experience in Master Data Management or in a related field, including at least two (2) years of leadership experience in a shared service environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong leadership skills
Proficient with data management policies, procedures and common technical tools
Self-motivated, results-oriented and has strong desire for constant learning
Resourceful in finding ways to improve / good problem solving skills
Experience with SAP Master Data and Preferably FICO Module
Ability to use Microsoft applications and preferably with advanced knowledge in Excel
Data Management Capabilities such as Data Governance, Data Quality and Master Data Management
