We currently have an opportunity for a Personal Assistant to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be based in our Cebu office providing virtual assistance and working remotely with our Global Talent Management and HR Shared Service leaders.
Work schedule is 7 : 00 AM to 4 : 00 PM Mondays to Fridays.
Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and spreadsheets based on notes given or diagrams
Record, transcribe and distribute minutes of meetings
File and retrieve documentation
Expense management and reconciliation
