We currently have an opportunity for a Personal Assistant to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be based in our Cebu office providing virtual assistance and working remotely with our Global Talent Management and HR Shared Service leaders.

Work schedule is 7 : 00 AM to 4 : 00 PM Mondays to Fridays.

Responsibilities

  • Calendar management; organise and maintain daily schedule, booking of appointments and meetings
  • Plan and coordinate international and domestic travels; prepare travel logistics
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and spreadsheets based on notes given or diagrams

    Record, transcribe and distribute minutes of meetings

    File and retrieve documentation

    Expense management and reconciliation

  • Perform other related duties and projects as assigned
  • Requirements

  • Must possess at least a Bachelor's degree in Business Studies / Administration / Management / Secretarial or equivalent
  • Has at least 3 years working experience as a Personal Assistant or other relevant administrative support experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Exceptional skills on the following : organisational and planning, time management, presentation, problem analysis and solving
  • Has high attention to details of transactions, situations, and documents
  • Ability to handle and maintain confidential information
  • Can work remotely and effectively with a range of people, both within and outside of the organisation
  • Demonstrate determination, resourcefulness, and purpose to deliver the best results
  • Has excellent written and verbal communication skills
