PRIMARY OBJECTIVES : To actively contribute to the company vision of making holiday dreams come true by being responsible for regular & adhoc reporting, data extraction, preparation of dialer data, manipulation & analysis for the Consumer Finance portfolios.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES : (include but not limited to)

  • Data extraction & manipulation
  • Preparation of data to be fed into the dialer and correspondence systems
  • Preparation & management of multi-channel campaigns (dialler, SMS, email, post)
  • Develop and prepare statistical analysis and reporting on a wide array of data across Consumer Finance, including : -
  • CF Operational Reporting
  • Campaign Effectiveness Reporting
  • Performance KPI’s
  • Team Dashboard Reporting
  • Quality Monitoring Reporting
  • Examine & communicate trends from reports
  • Develop, establish & maintain standardised reporting across Consumer Finance
  • Develop and maintain mail merge templates
  • Identify & recommend solutions for data and process issues
  • Preparation of month-end reporting within required deadlines
  • Provide support to the Supervisor including adhoc tasks & assignments as required
  • All other reasonable duties as requested or required on occasion.

  • KEY POSITION CRITERIA :

  • Absolute attention to detail, thoroughness & accuracy
  • An understanding of the regulatory credit risk framework under National Consumer Credit Protection Act 2009 (NCCP), Anti-
  • Money Laundering (AML), Privacy Act Australia and New Zealand (Privacy) and Debt Collections. Annual Training will be provided.

  • Prior experience with Tableau is favourable
