Communicate directly with players
Build strong relationships and maintain a visible external presence
Help maintain the community strategy including methods for engagement, moderation policies, content building, and outreach initiatives
Monitor discussion forums and other communication media to identify common player issues
Execute planned online and offline events
Degree / Diploma holder in Mass Communications or equivalent
Strong oral and written communication skills
Outgoing personality with a strong passion in online gaming and communities
Good event management and interpersonal skills
A strong team player with positive learning and working attitude
