The duties and responsibilities of 3M HCB Service Engineer are as follows :
Responsibility for all HCB hardware service business in 3M Philippines
Provide problem solving as 1st tier level support for all HCB Hardware and Software
Provide hardware service and application training both internal and external to 3M
Customer interaction (phone and face to face) representing the 3M HCB
Communicate with 3M regional / global team and customer with customer requirement, technical update, and critical information.
Apply new 3M hardware and technologies quickly
Manage training schedule and qualified training sessions
Develop local service plan, capability and service business
Manage or guide hardware / software upgrades on current / new equipment throughout the region
Manage service provider in local to support sustainable growth
Apply and implement service regulatory
