Description

Utilizes general Talent Acquisition knowledge to providefull cycle recruiting services including sourcing, attracting, and selectingtalent in collaboration with business partners of Cargill Philippines.

Executes the implementation andadministration of processes as well as relationship management, governance andcompliance, and data research and analysis for a complex geography and / orbusiness partner.

DEVELOP, IMPLEMENT & EXECUTE TALENTACQUISITION STRATEGIES, PROGRAMS & PROCESSES

  • Draws on a general knowledge of the businessenvironment, requirements and strategies to determine the recruitment andcandidate sourcing strategy, establish priorities, strategies and metrics toensure alignment with delivering business / functional and GHRS goals.
  • Draws upon general industry knowledge to provideinput on finding functional talent (best sourcing / recruiting channels andmethods), which includes utilizing labor market consultation, competitiveintelligence, and selling the Cargill brand.
  • Provide full cycle Talent Acquisition servicesincluding job posting development, candidate sourcing, interviewing, selectionprocesses, offer management, process documentation, compliance management, andstatus communication with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Utilize recruitment technology systems (i.e.Taleo), process enhancements, and Taleo analytic capabilities to achieveefficiencies in recruiting activities.
  • Actively participates in Talent Acquisitionrelated projects or initiatives with businesses / functions
  • RELATIONSHIPMANAGEMENT

  • Develops and maintains internal / externalrelationships related to the recruitment process which may include : hiringmanagers, human resource professionals, industry contacts, candidates, etc.
  • Utilizes general Talent Acquisition subjectmatter expertise to partner with business and HR leadership (e.g. BU Managers,Business HR Managers, etc.
  • regarding recruiting / sourcing strategies, candidateassessment, metrics and analytics, position responsibilities, forecasting, etc.

  • Manages respective candidate pools to ensurequalified candidates remain engaged in current or future opportunities andensure a strong and positive client and candidate experience.
  • Provides general training and direction relatedto a Talent Acquisition process or system for HR professionals in the business.
  • Where applicable, participates in the managementand selection of vendors.
  • EMPLOYMENTGOVERNANCE & COMPLIANCE

  • Drawing upon general employment knowledge andexperience, ensures Talent Acquisition compliance requirements are met whichmay include :
  • Policy and legal requirements for a specificregion / country / state
  • Administration of internal systems and / orcreation of processes to ensure compliance with country / local labor laws
  • Coordinates accountability measures andprocesses to ensure compliance of policies, processes, and procedures.
  • Required Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of recruiting experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Strong business acumen, business partneringskills and orientation towards results
  • Ability to gather and analyze data, andimplement recommendations with business partners
  • Demonstrated knowledge and understanding ofdiversity recruiting strategies
  • Solid organizational skills and detailorientation
  • Strong process management skills that ensureconsistent quality of service delivery
  • Excellent client service skills and ability tobuild rapport with candidates and clients at all levels
