OFFICE : TESDA BOARD SECRETARIAT (TBS), OFFICE OF THE DIRECTOR-GENERAL (ODG)

SALARY : SG-25 Php71,478.00 PERA : P2,000.00

THE HIREE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING :

  • Prepares the agenda of the meeting and all other necessary documents and materials;
  • Notifies Board Members of the meeting and records their attendance;
  • Records each action taken up during the meetings and prepares and signs appropriate resolutions, if needed;
  • Maintains all records of the Board; and,
  • Performs other related functions.
  • J OB QUALIFICATIONS OF THE HIREE ARE :

    Education : Master’s degree OR Certificate in Leadership and Management from the CSC

    Experience : 5 years of supervisory / management experience

    Training : 120 hours of supervisory / management learning and development intervention undertaken within the last 5 years

    Eligibility : Career Service (Professional) / Second Level Eligibility

  • Duly Accomplished Personal Data Sheet (CSC Form 212, Revised 2005);
  • Service Records;
  • List of supervisory / managerial training programs attended indicating the no. of training hours with certified photocopies of training certificates undertaken within the last 5 years;
  • CESPES Ratings for CY 2016 and CY 2016 or Performance Evaluation System (PES) Ratings for Calendar Year 2016 and 2016 for outside applicants or Individual Performance Commitment Review (IPCR) ratings for Calendar Year 2014 and 2015 for TESDA applicants or applicants from other government agencies of at least Very Satisfactory Rating;
  • For government employee only : a copy of previous appointment;
  • Certified true copy of transcript of records / diploma;
  • Certified true copy of Eligibility by CSC or PRC, CES or CSEE (if any);
  • Certification signed by immediate or previous supervisors indicating managerial / supervisory cumulative experience (specify day-
  • month-year covered) with actual duties and responsibilities listed down;
  • Accomplished Competency Based-Assessment Form to be rated by the applicant, peer , subordinate and immediate supervisor,
  • Proof of evidences in the form of citation, medal, plaque, for awards / rewards received;
  • Proof of evidences in the form of office order, certification / certificates for the following staff development interventions :
  • Reassignment
  • Coaching / mentoring
  • Industry immersion
  • Cross posting
  • Membership in Ad Hoc bodies
  • Certificate of Outstanding Accomplishment together with evidence or proof for being an outstanding; and
  • List of staff being supervised duly certified by the immediate supervisor.
  • Failure to complete the submission of above documents within the set deadline shall mean disinterest to vie for the position paving the way for non-

    inclusion in the deliberation process.
