Your contribution at AIG
This effort will require the gathering of detailed business requirements to determine the feasibility of implanting an automation solution in addition to identifying process improvement opportunities.
This role will require a coordination with business engagement leads to provide the initial assessment of opportunities presented to the Automation Team for consideration.
A partnership with internal stakeholders will be required to identify when automation solutions should be leveraged vs. lean process improvement initiatives.
A knowledge of agile development practices will be required to provide an accurate assessment of automation project timelines and efforts required for each project.
The developer will provide solutions across multiple business locations. This assessment process will require a quick turnaround time to ensure business stakeholders are made aware of their process feasibility assessment in a timely manner.
The automation assessments will require effective verbal and written communication along with the ability to resolve a conflict in opinions with multiple stakeholders.
The analyst must be able to communicate the internal costs to build an automation in comparison to the financial gain that will be realized by the business unit.
Upon creating a automation program it will be vital for each business unit to have their automation solutions prioritized appropriately in conjunction with all automation projects in flight or scheduled.
This communication will require the analyst to gain business approval from senior leadership and require leadership to understand the financial implications of each solution.
All documentation must meet internal best practices as well as meeting compliance and regulatory requirements for artifact storage.
depth knowledge of Blue Prism development best practices will be required for the automation developer role. The analyst will be required to build Blue Prism objects and deploy sprints in an agile fashion.
A knowledge of the workings of application programming interfaces is preferable for this role to ensure the use of APIs will be leveraged will applicable.
This role will require the ability both replicate a user’s workflow in internal and external applications as well as building optimal workflow solutions to gain business efficiencies.
The use of Visual Basics will also be leveraged throughout the development of automation solutions.
This effort will require daily interaction with subject matter experts to evaluate the performance of each robotic solution in comparison to business expectations.
Automation solutions must gain business sign offs prior to deployment.
