We are seeking for an experienced Account Coordinator to join our high-performing ever growing team!

About the role...

To actively contribute to the company vision of making holiday dreams come true through :

  • Proactively offering solutions and recommendations to internal customers for their Accounts / Project needs
  • Acting as a liaison between internal customers, stakeholders and allied service departments to ensure effective communication channels are open
  • Maintaining relationships with external key stakeholders in order to source new opportunities
  • PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES (include but not limited to) :

  • Liaising with internal customers to determine requirements of accounts / projects
  • Identifying key internal stakeholders and the impact a Accounts / project will have on the Company / Department
  • Preparing accounts / project outlines, including budgets, timelines and responsibilities
  • Coordinating accounts / project development and implementation
  • Ensuring all compliance guidelines are met and applicable legal approvals and state licenses gained as required
  • Communicating Accounts strategies and accompanying collateral to key stakeholders
  • Monitoring accounts progress to ensure success for both parties
  • Develop, coordinate, implement and manage strategies.
  • Regular communication and negotiation, setting meeting agendas, conducting and controlling meetings, minute taking and accurate record keeping
  • Basic copy writing
  • Responsible for job briefs to ensure the Creative Services’ team meets the job owner’s objectives
  • Basic graphic design skills in Adobe InDesign and Photoshop
  • Effectively and accurately schedule copy and design jobs within the studio
  • Responsible for timelines, recording, tracking and history of all jobs by utilizing a system called Briefcase
  • Record and maintain the production schedule within the studio
  • Co-ordinate spec’ sheets in conjunction with specialists in the team
  • Proof all material
  • Filing all relevant details and materials for filing when a job is finalised.
  • Ensure that all reasonable directions given with regards to health and safety are followed, to not willfully place at risk the health and safety of yourself or any person in the workplace and to not willfully or recklessly interfere with or misuse anything provided for health and safety
  • Display a Count On Me! Service to all internal and external parties.

  • KEY POSITION CRITERIA :

  • Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications
  • Comfortable working autonomously & as a team also
  • Demonstrated time management & administration skills
  • Comfortable working autonomously & as a team also
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask and coordinate a number of projects
  • Demonstrated excellent organization and communication skills
  • Strong Attention to detail
  • Needs to be assertive & confident
  • Needs to be strong but non-aggressive
  • Can act quickly and adapts to change in a fast paced environment
  • Basic - Intermediate skills in Adobe CC suite
  • Works well under pressure
