Job Description

As Security Manager, you’ll be collaborating with all the other departments in all information security initiatives. You shall conduct regular internal security audits and periodic reviews, execute security improvement plans, and identify gaps should the results fall short of the target.


  • Implement policies and procedures established and adopted in line with industry specific standards and the 5 Trust Service Principles
  • Apply the knowledge of information security process modelling notations
  • Apply the understanding of how information security frameworks should work to operational improvement initiatives.
  • Write and document information security requirements and organizational policies and processes in line with global security standards
  • Participate in information security projects and certification engagements assigned by the management
  • Guide business users responsible in implementing and enforcing information security standards
  • Participate in RFI / RFP / contract reviews for potential clients

  • Excellent communicator in English language (written and spoken).
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Highly effective interpersonal skills with the ability to tailor approach and influence behavior
  • Sound negotiation skills with the ability to foster a collaborative approach in managing conflict in order to achieve solutions
  • Must be organized and able to handle multiple responsibilities, priorities and tasks with minimal supervision
  • Ability to demonstrate reasoned logic on decision making and judgments, to consider external / internal factors and to recommend solutions in complex situations
  • CPISI certified, CISA and / or CISSP preferred
