Perform a wide range of administrative and office support activities for the department and / or managers and supervisors to facilitate the efficient operation of the organization.

  • Accommodate visitors and clients of the property
  • Prepare meetings, appointments and special events for managers or supervisors
  • Record, compile, transcribe and distribute minutes of meetings
  • Prepare and organize permits, government mandated documents and other records of the property
  • Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence
  • Prepare written responses to routine enquiries
  • Maintain office supply inventories
  • Perform billing and collection duty as necessary
  • JOB QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's / College Degree , Business Studies / Administration / Management or equivalent.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in CAVITE area.
  • Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Clerical / Administrative Support or equivalent.
  • Full-Time position(s) available.
