Job Description

Respond promptly to general inquiries, billing issues, identification and research to resolve customer complaints. The main goal is to keep customers happy.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Take ownership from the onset of inbound and outbound calls
  • Ensure that the customer’s needs are met
  • Actively listen to the customer’s needs and issues with great interest while displaying confidence in resolving the call
  • Accurately log all calls using the provided tools and systems
  • Minimum Requirements

  • Ability to think quickly and logically to ensure expedient response to customer inquiries
  • Excellent communication skills in both written and oral English
  • Ability to work with patience and courtesy to customers
  • Ability to think quickly and logically to ensure immediate response to customer inquiries
  • Positive attitude with willingness to learn at the workplace
  • Ability to multitask
  • Previous experience in handling Telco accounts is an advantage
