Position Summary

The position is for the team within EY’s Brand, Marketing and Communications Agency and will be aligned to the Digital and Marcom competency.

The candidate will shape the plan and drive execution of campaigns for our strategic initiatives. The candidate will not only provide strategic marketing advice to the initiative’s leadership, but also inspire others by delivering coaching and direction fostering in a culture of high performing teams.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Leads a cross-functional team to execute complex marketing campaigns using digital media, including design, content development, multimedia, web, social media, mobile and marketing analytics
  • Engages with Brand, Marketing and Communications teams to identify their objectives, strategies, target audiences, differentiators and other aspects of a complete campaign brief
  • Manages the implementation, tracking and measurement of marketing campaigns
  • Shapes the plan and drives implementation of marketing campaigns (includes digital and social media initiatives)
  • Measures campaigns and provides insights on market impact and evaluation of ROI
  • Ensures quality in delivery of services and materials by troubleshooting problems such as false client expectations; changing scope;
  • digital team members operating in silos; skill or knowledge gaps in the team; or poorly developed marketing briefs by the business

  • Plays a leadership role in driving best practices in delivery of programs and flexible resourcing across Brand, Marketing and Communications teams
  • Provides strategic marketing advice to the initiative’s leadership team and to the relevant leaders
  • Inspires others, provides leadership, coaching and direction fostering a culture of high performance teaming
  • Communicates feedback to help team improve their skills and conduct need-based trainingEnsures compliance with EY Visual and Style Guide

  • Marketing generalist with track record in content marketing, communications, digital campaigns, account-based marketing, lead generation and event management
  • Strong team leader who can manage multiple complex deliverables and stakeholders both within the GDS and Brand, Marketing and Communications Agency
  • Builds marketing plan and deliver from strategy to execution
  • Demonstrates excellent supervisory and teamwork skills
  • Builds knowledge of the EY business, particularly the key priorities, growth drivers, strategic solutions, structure, internal channels, sector programs and clients’ issues and agendas across sectors and geographies
  • Has excellent writing skills with proven expertise of converting functional content to business ready information
