Must have strong analytical (quantitative as well as qualitative) skills including formulating & building models, prior data mining and market research.
Self-starter with the ability to streamline functions and passion to learn and grow.
Strong financial analysis foundation creating forecasts and models.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel is required.
Must possess excellent communication and presentation skills, and be comfortable interacting with executive-level management.
Strong financial modeling experience.
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting / Finance / Economics or related field.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
Analyzes financial data by collecting, monitoring, develop financial models, conduct benchmarking and process analysis for decision support referring to Company projects during project inception and development.
Assists in developing financial analysis and sensitivity analysis necessary in evaluating alternative financial structuring schemes pertinent to Company projects.
Identifies and improves project financial status or make comparative analysis by analyzing results; monitoring variances;
identifying trends; and recommending actions to Management.
Assists in planning and organizing the conduct of periodic appraisal and scanning of the business and economic environment;
evaluates and interpolates the evidence and data gathered; formulates alternative business and economic future scenarios.
Assist in directing and coordinating activities related to the evaluation of comprehensive business project proposals that may be referred by Management and the Board relative to an investment, acquisition or management takeover by the Company.
Assists in market research, data mining, business intelligence, and valuation compositions.
Provides financial productivity tools by developing automated reporting / forecasting tools.
Assists to other works as may be required by the Board and the Management.
