Perform task requests for customers for WP Premium Support remotely.*Replacement for R003371*

Performing the following tasks categories :

  • Theme Maintenance : Theme automatic / manual update / install, theme customization based on but not limited to cosmetic updates (fonts, colors, size, layout modification) (CSS, HTML and JS), Child theme creation
  • WP Development : WordPress configuration file updates (increasing PHP memory, enable / disable Debug log, disabling cache, updating auth keys, adding user.
  • ini file on root), plugin install / remove / update, plugin issue diagnose(conflicts, corrupted files, incompatibilities)

  • Database Management : based on MySQL using MyPHPAdmin export / import database, site error connection fix, updating / configuring permalink structure, find / replace strings in the database, Optimize Database.
  • Administrative Updates : Image optimization, adding a favicon, mitigate comment spam, troubleshooting login issues, troubleshooting media upload errors, install / update ionCube Loader
  • WordPress Core : troubleshoot core files errors, Upgrading WordPress version, troubleshooting internal error server or error 500, troubleshooting white screen of the dead, installing WordPress in the server.
  • Based on expectations and site performance provide suggestions to the customer to improve site performance reviewed by Senior developers (WPEII / WPEIII)
  • Keep track and follow up tickets in Pending status with our work-flow for this scenario.
  • Follow up tickets worked previously in past days.
  • Providing customer with GoDaddy articles with instructions to complete any additional adjustments non-WordPress related.
  • Assist customer in ticket creation if requested on the ticket.
  • Be in compliance with QA and ticket quota requirements per week / month.
  • Reaching Teach Lead chat (Server support chat for hosting / account related issues)
