The purpose of the Partner Enablement- Cloud Enablement Specialist is to :
Help manage vendor programs and related partner integration services and processes aimed at driving successful (partner) relationships and growth.
Work closely with the Strategy and Enablement Technical Specialists to drive efficiency and knowledge both internally and with partners.
Work closely with Marketing and Operations team and be a go-to-person and owner of numerous aspects of the business for your vendor(s).
Drive new business initiatives alongside strategy, sales and marketing including go-to-market campaigns.
Innovate, lead and become a trusted advisor to the strategy team and broader business.
Assist the Strategy and Enablement team in the removal of barriers to the Strategy and Sales teams.
Help develop vendor and rhipe strategies to streamline partner engagement processes.
Using data and analytics tools, help drive collaborated effort to innovate in our business as a Cloud software and services provider.
As the rhipe business evolves, work with broad rhipe teams to obtain business sales process improvement where applicable.
Ensure all necessary information, including digital assets, is updated on a regular basis for all named accounts in the identified repositories.
Partner with your vendor technical specialist and learn the value proposition for a cloud strategy and relevant vendor products
Ownership of partner integration and enablement activities including creation of digital content, workflow management, business strategy planning sessions, workshops and vendor management.
Keep updated with new vendor product and program offerings and work with the technical specialists to drive new initiatives and business growth
Partner with broader rhipe teams to drive efficiency in business processes
Keep updated with current technical IT knowledge via self-studies and formal courses.
Upskill using Enablement Specialists and digital enablement content.
Train relevant internal and external (partner / customer) staff.
Dissemination of technical and program knowledge to stakeholders as required. â€
Be responsible for the effective contribution, input and management of professional and career development goals and activities.
Qualifications : Education
Bachelor of IT, Engineering, Business or similar
Professional Training and Certification
Desired - Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) : Volume Licensing Competency
Experience in or demonstrated ability to use :
Microsoft Office365 and related services.Experience in Microsoft Azure, Dynamics365, Microsoft SQL is a plus.Experience in DevOps, Web and Application Development is a plus.
