Job Purpose

Facilitate the processing of licensing requirements for the timely issuance of Agents’ licenses and provide support in maintaining Distributors’ records.

Job also entails efficient customer service delivery in line with the achievement of Department’s objectives.

Key Result Areas

  • Processing of licensing requirements for license applications and renewals accurately and within agreed turnaround time
  • Updating of distributor’s records in the systems accurately and within agreed turnaround time
  • Preparation of licensing / manpower reports accurately and within agreed turnaround time
  • System support for all Licensing automation projects, and in the administration of IC’s Licensing
  • Issuance of Clearance to former agents / distributors of the company within agreed turnaround time
  • Maintenance of other licensing-related systems and tools within agreed turnaround time
  • Processing of bank account enrollment
  • Administrative supportto Distribution channels
  • Major Activities

  • Collates and checks agents’ licensing requirements submitted by distributors
  • Recording and monitoring of received applications
  • Coordinates request for IC examinations, applications of new distributors and yearly renewals(includingpreparation of required reports and submission to IC)
  • Coordinates with other insurance companies regarding clearance and other necessary documents of new applicants
  • Handles correspondence of other insurance companies within turnaround time
  • Creates distributor’s records in the systems (AXA eLicensing, IC Enhanced Licensing System)
  • Updates the system for reinstatement of auto-terminated distributors, creation of new unit / branch, appointment of leaders, overrides structure, movements such as promotion / demotion & resignation / termination, change of titles / position, transfers, link / delink of unit codes, bank accounts enrolled for compensation, payout, tax rate etc.
  • Prepares all licensing related reports (e.g. manpower count, recruitment, reinstatement, movements, terminations, total active, dashboard.)
  • Actively participates and coordinates with Digital Transformation Team for all digitization-related activities for licensing;
  • Updates Licensing Enhancement and Automation
  • Handles and coordinates Distributor’s concerns and queries related to Licensing system
  • Engaged in Electronic Licensing projects, integration TO RCMS
  • Routes Clearance sheet to concerned units / department
  • Issues letter to former distributors for any accountability with the company or issues Clearance, if no accountability
  • Activation / Deactivation of account as needed
  • Updating of records / contact details as needed
  • Generation / Reset of password
  • Preparation of file for bank’s use
  • Consolidation of payroll tools and submission to the bank for the activation
  • Encoding of account number in the company’s system upon bank’s activation
  • Maintains distributors’ business files
  • Participates in systems testing
  • Attends to distributors’ inquiries and concerns
  • Qualifications

    Any business or IT-related course

  • With experience is an advantage
  • Highly organized
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, mainly on advanced MS Excel
  • Communication Skills (oral and written)
