The Consumer Service team aims to deliver excellent client experience by following best-in-class processes to increase efficiency.

This department works closely with the sales and marketing departments to ensure excellent customer satisfaction.

What we offer

  • Responsible for handling consumer inquiries and complaints through phone calls and written correspondence for Henkel (North America) Laundry and Home Care products
  • Support the team in process improvement and initiatives
  • Who we are looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration / Management, Commerce, Economics or equivalent
  • Must be willing to work on a night shift schedule
  • Working experience is not required, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with SAP and MS Office is an advantage
