This is done by ensuring that business activities are carried out in an efficient, controlled and timely manner.
The role of CIB Ops covers a wide range of activities. Following the buying and selling of financial products and services by the bank, we ensure that each transaction is captured accurately and in a timely manner to ensure effective risk management, cleared, documented and confirmed, settled and reconciled, all within a tightly controlled environment in adherence with global regulatory requirements.
We are split into 4 main sub-divisions :
As Clients Services Senior Analyst, you will be responsible in ensuring accurate and timely booking and confirmation of Equity transactions for clients in Asia, Europe and US.
You will work closely with the Settlements team to deliver successful settlements of client trades. You will monitor daily market trading and sales activity to ensure client orders are booked and allocated correctly and avoid errors in executions.
You will liaise and form strong working relationships with both internal and external tier 1 clients. You will prioritize and coordinate requests and escalations as the first point of contact for Trading and Sales personnel regarding trade confirmations, allocations, account set up, orders and system issues.
You will contribute proactively to the ongoing cycle of continuous improvement expected for all processes and infrastructure.
You will adhere to risk management and escalation protocols / procedures for all functions and processes under Equity Bookings remit.
You will also investigate queries received from Equity Operations, clients, Middle Office and offshore Deutsche Bank offices.
