Job Summary All aspects of LAN-based networking at the supported call center(s

Duties / Responsibilities Installing all computer hardware and software at the supported call center(s)

Assisting in the creation, updating and management of software drive images

Maintaining and installing voice systems to support call-flow, usually limited to cabling, phones, headsets and any software needs

Cabling new and existing locations for new network, phone or other equipment

Repairing or upgrading computer systems as needed

Working with customers, project managers and trainers on correct usage of software and hardware

Working with customers, project managers, supervisors and sometimes agents on specific problems related to computers and phone systems

Providing Tier 1-3 level support on technical issues

Provide technical assistance and guidance to the Desktop Engineers in the Lead Desktop Engineer's region

Any other duties that the Director of Desktop Support or IT / Desktop Manager may find necessary Qualifications : Solid Desktop Hardware and Software troubleshooting skills

Solid Desktop application support and troubleshooting

Knowledgeable in Windows Active Directory

Knowledgeable in Group Policy and Users Profiles

Knowledgeable in Desktop Imaging technology

Knowledgeable in Shell Scripting

Basic Network troubleshooting

Basic Telephony troubleshooting

Knowledgeable in MS Office applications

Good English Written and Verbal Communication skills
