Job Summary The Employee Relations Specialist handles overall ER functions such as (but not limited to) :
Handling employee concerns
Verifying cases endorsed by operations to HR and handling disciplinary conferences
Duties / Responsibilities Handling Labor Cases
Should also be equipped to handle other HR functions as needed Qualifications : Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's / College Degree in Human Resource Management, Humanities / Liberal Arts, Psychology, Business courses or equivalent.
At least 1 year of work experience in HR specializing in Labor Relations is required for this position.
Good understanding of Philippine Labor Laws
Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
Solid background in all facets of HR
