As part of our growth, your tasks will be :

  • Travel desk support handling international and domestic booking / ticketing, travel insurance, visa application and hotel booking
  • Monthly production report of travel functions
  • Facilitates approval of travel authorization of employees and allowance computation
  • Checks and validates travel expenses liquidations
  • Manages company rented condominium for trainees
  • You know you are the perfect fit if you are :

  • Knowledgeable in handling travel arrangements via online and use of internet
  • Strong coordination skills and knowledge of travel norms
  • Knowledge in MS-Word, Excel and Power Point
  • Ability to readily accept challenges and quickly absorb new information and procedures
  • Knowledge in passport and visa formalities
