BPRM is an enterprise wide program to ensure management of critical business processes with a focus on analyzing end-to-
end process steps, risks, controls, monitoring and opportunities for improvement. This is done through Compile & Stratify where the BPRM team compiles the enterprise-
wide list of business processes and conducts an assessment to prioritize the potentially high risk business processes, Analyze & Remediate where key risks, controls, and monitoring activities (including key risk and performance indicators) are assessed to determine adequacy of the control environment.
About the role
The Operational Risk Manager 1 will be responsible for overseeing, managing and providing work direction to the teams that perform risk oversight and process modeling support for Dealer Services processes.
