Job Description

  • Ongoing support to all users in Unilab (for the assigned functional team or technology team) for incident management and problem resolution and change management.
  • Resolve requests raised based on agreed schedules and service level agreements
  • Work on change requests based on agreed schedules and service level agreements
  • Provide periodic progress updates to the Team Lead and Department / Group Heads
  • Partner with the divisional customers to ensure that the team is informed of all the concerns raised
  • Identify and participate in the continuous education of users (through classroom training, communication, FAQs, whichever is deemed appropriate)
  • Participate in team sharing sessions and identified training
  • Support in updating business process documentation for assigned process areas. The responsibility includes identifying areas in the process where IT enablers can help, mapping processes to IT solutions, and communicating possible areas of improvements, and working out potential benefits with the user champions.
  • The responsibility includes proactive sharing of data points alerting users of potential issues, and periodic systems audit

  • Responsibility for user requirements documentation and preparation of project initiation documents (with user and project manager), preparation of project delivery plans with key milestone and benefits target aligned to user indicators, project monitoring / controlling / closure and project communication to key sponsors and the IT management team
  • Active networking with technology providers and business / technology users from same industry space and other industries in assessing, identifying finance and management reporting business process solutions that may be relevant to Unilab’s current and future requirements.
  • Required Skills

  • Understands the finance and management reporting business processes around the SAP system;
  • With experience / training / certification on SAP;
  • Possess solid analytical skills;
  • Appreciates good customer service;
  • Has effective project management skills and techniques;
  • A team player and works cooperatively with diverse groups;
  • Possess strong problem solving and decision making skills;
  • Requires minimal supervision but provides regular updates;
  • Has good verbal and written communication skills;
  • Graduate of Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or business related courses
  • Required Experience

  • Must have SAP implementation for SAP Finance and Controlling experience;
  • Must have CO-Profitability Analysis and Funds Management experience
