Act as an point of contact for all IT issues
Responsible for ensuring prompt response and escalation of network alerts
Responsible for generating metrics of L1 and L2 incidents
Provide insights on operational issues and able to generate an action plan towards resolution
Responsible for mentoring L1 associates

You understand how system and network alerts work
Specifically You Will...
Assist Sr. Network Administrator in network operations
Ensure all IT related queries are logged in the incident management tool
Perform QA on logged incidents
Analyze, diagnose and resolve L1 and L2 network-related issues
Escalate L3 IT issues to other IT teams
Coordinate with our technical vendors to resolve issues
Act as mentor to L1 associates
Ensure runbooks and other documentations are up-to-date
Skills for Success
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong network fundamentals
Attention to details
Cisco administration experience (required)
CCNA or other certifications (desirable)
Programming background (desirable)
4 years’ experience in network monitoring, system and / or network administration
BS in Computer Science or any related IT field or
Equivalent IT experience
