Profile management tools
HR feeds for Concur, Deem and Client portal.
Ability to handle complex Online and off-line issues.
Ability to work with multiple online and off-line travel systems effectively and efficiently.
Work with clients and internal teams to investigate issues quickly and effectively.
Experience with DEEM Travel products, including, but not limited to : DEEM Travel, Mobile, SSO, HR feeds.
Experience with Concur Travel products, including, but not limited to : Concur Travel, TripLink, Request, SSO, HR feeds.
Effectively troubleshoot and solve client issues caused by unique client circumstances.
Willing and able to work numerous tasks simultaneously that can be unrelated in nature.

Requirements / Qualifications :
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work well under pressure
Self-thinker and problem solver
Ability to work unsupervised in a virtual team environment
Ability to take direction at all levels within FROSCH
Recent, native GDS experience on Sabre and Apollo is a must
Proficient with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel
Experience with DEEM and Concur preferred
Able to understand Mid-office functionality is required
Able to understand web portal, dashboard concept
Ability to use resources and apply to daily inquires
