Job Description

Prepare correspondence, documents, Request for Proposals, LOIs, reports, Account invoices, etc. with direction from brokers and / or knowledge for company policies and procedures

Perform general administrative duties such as answering phones, filing, faxing, processing mail, scheduling meetings

Work closely with assigned brokers to leverage their time and productivity

Prepare and submit, track and process brokers expense reports

Update and maintain databases to track prospects, clients and deal information

Full Submission to Settlement Loan Processing

Broker CRM Data Entry (client information from Brokers Fact Find / CAN) Apply Online Data Entry

File lodgement / submission to lender ; Lender follow up from submission through to settlement

Ordering upfront valuation(s)

Completion of Discharge forms and follow up

Management of all communications with solicitors, real estate agents and financial institutions

Milestone broker and client updates via phone, email or SMS

Dedicated loan processor facilitating total loan process from submission through to settlement

Social Media, Content Creation and Brand Marketing Duties

Qualifications :

Minimum of 2 years banking or mortgage broking / loan processing experience (Cert IV or Diploma of Finance and Mortgage Broking)

CRM and Apply online data entry experience

Analytical ability to identify best home loan for a client without sales pressure

Strong communication skills and attention to detail

Capable to do additional responsibilities

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines with property settlements

Ability to think outside the box and proactively find solutions
