Main Purpose

  • Lead the Philippine Pepsi Lipton business with full responsibility for top and bottom line.
  • Lead and execute local brand building plans for Lipton brand
  • Manage the relationship between Pepsi Lipton and Bottler
  • Accountabilities

  • Develop, in consultation with Pepsi Lipton Regional Leadership and Bottler, an Annual Operating Plan (AOP) based on identifying key issues and opportunities and the strategies to address them
  • Develop and align with Bottler on detailed marketing activity plans to deliver the agreed
  • strategies, including :
  • Pull activities (advertising, consumer promos, sampling and activation)
  • Distribution targets and Trade promotions
  • Pricing tactics
  • Channel strategies
  • Align with Pepsi Lipton Regional Leadership and Bottler on budgets to implement the marketing plans within the constraints of the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) financial goals.
  • Lead the execution of the annual marketing plans, including :
  • Media planning and buying
  • Adaptation / translation, of advertising copy
  • Executing sampling, consumer promotion and activation campaigns
  • Developing POP material required to suit local channels and customers
  • Lead and support the Bottler GTM team in the execution of the AOP and delivery of key brand & financial goals
  • Monitor performance against AOP KPis and financial goals, and conduct regular reviews with
  • Bottler and Pepsi Lipton stakeholders, including preparing required reports, presentations and forecasts, and recommending necessary steps to dynamically manage plans and budgets to deliver the AOP financial goals
  • Manage local implementation of operational projects ( innovation, packaging changes etc ), and co-ordinate with Pepsi Lipton Technical and Operational resources as required.
  • Partner with the Pepsi and Lipton MM in executing plans for Pepsi Brand

    Qualifications / Requirements

    Key Skills / Experience Required

  • Bachelor’s Degree minimum in Business, Marketing
  • 3-4 years marketing experience
  • Strategic thinker, with strong business acumen
  • Some experience in managing P&L
  • Significant depth in Marketing and Sales or Channel Management, with working knowledge of Operations, Franchise management and Finance
  • Demonstrated ability to turn marketing strategies into winning operational plans
  • Experience managing multiple stakeholders in a complex matrix organization
  • Passion for growth and achievement
  • Committed entrepreneur : flexible and responsive, with strong sense of ownership and accountability
  • Excellent leadership and people skills : ability to build strong relationships and influence
  • Stakeholders at all levels and across multiple functions and organizations
  • Sound oral and written communication skills, including fluency in English
