What you'll do :
Collaborate with the engineering team to identify issues and improvements based on customer insights
Directly handle and respond to customer queries and concerns
Analyze and solve customer issues and problems
Assist with direct marketing and promotion of our business and products to the market
Be the "voice" of the customers within the company
Who you are :
BS or BA in Management, Economics, Communication or equivalent from a reputable institution
Proven leadership skills from extracurricular and / or socio-civic involvements
Capable of working independently but can also collaborate well with a team
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to build solutions from scratch
Fluent in both English and Filipino
Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented and organized
