Operations Associate

As an Operations Associate, you will play a great role in realizing this vision by directly communicating with our customers.

What you'll do :

  • Collaborate with the engineering team to identify issues and improvements based on customer insights
  • Directly handle and respond to customer queries and concerns
  • Analyze and solve customer issues and problems
  • Assist with direct marketing and promotion of our business and products to the market
  • Be the "voice" of the customers within the company
  • Who you are :

  • BS or BA in Management, Economics, Communication or equivalent from a reputable institution
  • Proven leadership skills from extracurricular and / or socio-civic involvements
  • Capable of working independently but can also collaborate well with a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to build solutions from scratch
  • Fluent in both English and Filipino
  • Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • A track-record of getting things done - drive, ownership and execution are core to our culture at Coins.ph
  • For Bangkok, Thailand based, we're open for Thai Nationality only.
