Reporting directly to the Regional Talent Acquisition Team Lead, this role will involve working directly with Hiring Managers to determine recruiting needs and devise the right approach to secure the best talent against defined criteria.
It will be critical to utilize all sourcing channels, internal and external, to deliver good practice and high-quality hires.
The role will require the confidence to advise, challenge and partner with business and HR leaders to determine optimum recruiting solutions for experienced hires across diverse and specialist areas.
