Department Overview

The EBT Platform Management team is responsible for providing technology solutions for the Enterprise Information Technology (EIT) organization.

This includes providing Application Availability, Platform Engineering, and IT Service Management services for a diverse portfolio of 750+ applications.

About the Role

The Technology Manager will oversee the overall functions of Service Management and Strategic Operations & Initiatives covering various functional areas not limiting to Change Management, Release Management & Release implementation co-

ordination, Incident & Problem Management, Vulnerability Management, Audit / Risks, Safety & Soundness, TREX / ETR Initiatives etc

Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of 20-25 team members in a 24x7 model based out of manila specifically US day-time coverage
  • Responsible for managing a team comprises of Business coordinators / Analyst, Project Managers, etc.
  • Responsible for all aspects of Service Management and Strategic Operations & Initiatives
  • All aspects of people management not limiting to performance management, delivery, R&R, Admin, Risk& Compliance, Learning & Development, and others.
  • Market Skills and Certifications

    Essential Qualifications

  • Overall 12+ years of experience in managing Production / Application support teams
  • Should be able to manage team of around 15+ team members
  • Open to manage teams working 24 / 7, spread across multiple locations
  • Extremely good verbal & written communication skill
  • Proven capabilities in Metrics, Process Implementation, SDLC / ITIL, Innovation / Save
  • Ability to train and provide feedback to team members
  • Ability to communicate well with US counterparts in virtual environment
  • Amenable to work on a night shift
  • Graduate of Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or any related course.
