Get to know the role :

You will be responsible to liaise with Operations and Marketing function in area. You will be responsible in building your own team in the respective area to support the operational activities, supervising branch operations, and ensuring efficient operation on a day-to-day basis.

You will own relationships with partners. You may work directly with the merchant acquisition team for pitching & negotiations stage.

Onboardings, maintaining relationships, and all the way through optimizing and improving delivery operations and delivery orders performance will be your responsibility.

The day-to-day activities :

  • Strategize Devise and execute the overall merchant strategy for winning the merchant across the area and to maximize restaurant GMV, sales and GMV target.
  • Lead Manage a large team of Merchant Acquisition and Account Management team that works to acquire, maintain relationships, and maximize our GMV from merchants.
  • Business Development Navigate complex negotiations and close multi-million dollar deals with top merchants in the market.
  • Working with marketing teams to accelerate restaurant order growth.

  • Analyze Build models to evaluate the economic and strategic costs and benefits of merchant acquisition, engagement, and retention programs and experiments.
  • Develop analytical frameworks and coordinate with other business units to measure the impact and efficiency of our team, new products and business processes.

  • Influence Work cross-functionally with our Operations, Product, Engineering, Sales, Account Management, and BD teams to improve the merchant experience and achieve the market goals.
  • Process improvement - Diagnose complex account management problems and develop compelling, data-driven recommendations.
  • Identify operational weaknesses and help improve or innovate new processes to keep the team as efficient as possible

    The must haves :

  • Minimum bachelor's degree.
  • 5-8years of experience in operations, commercial, marketing function; Prior experience with leading an end-to-end sales cycle.
  • Experience in City / Area Management are preferred.
  • Excellent English communication skills in both written and spoken.
  • Very fluent with number processing and analytics.
  • Have some network and / or knowledge about the respective area.
  • Able to manage people, good communication skill, & interpersonal skill, good at decision-making.
  • Computer literacy (MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint).
