Watch this video. #UniquelyUnilever MAIN JOB PURPOSE The VMI Executive is responsible to provide excellent customer service thru generation of distributors’ replenishment order from the receipt of customer’s file to creation of purchase order for invoicing. JOB SUMMARY
Management of distributor’s inventory to ensure correct inventory mix and prevent business waste.
Review daily sku cover and identify those under or over the agreed min-max parameter. Take appropriate action to adhere within the target cover days.
Eliminate risk of out of stock situation.
Manage sku transition like rundown / slip-ins, NPIs and Promos.
Maintain harmonious relationship with the customer by providing excellent customer service.
Provide response or feedback for order-related concerns.
Understand the operational peculiarities of each distributors, adapt where necessary.
Generate KPI reports (DT Cover, Primary and Secondary CSL Report). Ensure targets are achieved.. If not, analyze and drill down drivers and recommend actions.
Provide reviews on Stock and Sales trending, NPI, Trade Deal, Price Protection Booking, Promo implementation and look for opportunities to improve the processes.
Work with ULP Logistics (warehouse and logistics), DHL, Ultralite to ensure order on time dispatch and delivery. Optimize operations to increase productivity and provide efficient cost.
Collaborate with CD to align with overall DT operations.
Coordinate with CapGemini (CG) for order processing.
Coordinate with SNC regional support for the creation and maintenance of SNC master data, service request and incident reports.
Coordinate with Performance Intelligence Team (PIT) and Stock Management Team (SMT) for service level diagnostics and stock allocation process.
Bachelor’s Degree holder in any course.
SAP Training and on-boarding license to SNC, ECC and BW
Customer Service Plus Training
Experience in the areas of supply chain and customer management is preferred
Willing to work in BGC
