Your Responsibilities :
You will plan and lead capital investment projects and coordinate contribution of all stakeholders by managing a cross-functional team whose objective is to deliver the capital investments relating to the company's fixed assets and ensure that the projects bring the expected benefits.
You will oversee the overall management of Site Buildings and Grounds (Facilities).
You will assume a key position on the Engineering leadership team to ensure capital agendas are represented at all levels across the site.
You must manage the development & delivery of the Site Capital Plan by working with site stakeholders in crafting the Site Master Plan ensuring the right projects are delivered at the right time especially Capital plan.
You will oversee the approval and implementation of the portfolio of site projects in partnership with the applicable business area.
You need ensure all project governance & project control procedures are in place (including cost control, change control, risk management & appropriate approval processes).
You must develop and implement in use’ application of project management processes and procedures in compliance with GSK standards.
You will manage relationships with customers, vendors and above-site stakeholders to set expectations and communicate Site Master Plan, CAPEX portfolio and project progress.
Basic qualifications :
Graduate of Engineering course and preferably a license holder
8-10 years in a previous Project Management role or related experience. Ideally previously successfully delivered multiple £M projects
Preferred qualifications :
Project Management certification is an advantage (PMI or equivalent)
Background in factory environment (Operations, Maintenance (TPM or applicable principles), Facilities mgt. etc.)
