  • Responsible for managing a team of trainers, as well as other management responsibilities
  • Internal and external client and operational management.
  • Responsible for handling process related training requirements as well as communication training
  • Prioritize training requirements keeping in mind the needs of the business
  • Interface with functional head at business units, for training requirements for the rest of the site and also the team
  • Identify training needs, and work out training calendar for all staff for the site, in sync with functional heads of business units.
  • Content creation and enhancement. Provide support in designing training modules the content, mode of delivery
  • Develop talent internally by supervising & guiding trainers on a regular basis with the help of active feedback networks
  • Facilitate training / workshops as and when needed
  • Evaluate effectiveness of training via use of established training evaluation tools & take remedial action to achieve desired results
  • Adhere and maintain set Quality Standards and ensure governance around compliance.
  • Demonstrate a high level of critical thinking; make sound and timely decisions keeping in mind business needs.
  • Develop and implement structured processes or programs to facilitate knowledge transfer and prevent knowledge loss in terms of process under control.
  • Identify problem areas and alternative solutions; implement effective and efficient plan changes and corrective actions
  • New business migrations in terms of knowledge transfer and documentation set up
  • Make recommendations to senior management on corrective actions (e.g. increase quality and throughput)
