Overview :

The FP&A Cash Out Senior Analyst is responsible for LoB / Department cash out

reporting, analysis and planning at managerial scope level. He / She will execute FP&A

processes as they pertain to cash out, including reporting & analysis, forecasting, master

data, prior, labor rate campaign, and others. The role reports into FP&A Competency

Centre, but works closely under the direction / guidance of CoCe manager for Cash Out

and EM Cash Out Director.

Responsibilities :

Analysis of Monthly Performance

  • Preparation and presentation of monthly performance, adequately explained for
  • variances against Prior, Forecast, Targets. Although Accounting team may be

    responsible for accuracy of actuals, the FP&A Analyst must maintain close

    communication with Accounting and other process owners to ensure the integrity

    and reliability of monthly results. Close collaboration with Ops and zone FBP’s to

    better understand business drivers and being able to challenge performance / fcst

    as needed. Close collaboration with supply chain finance to gain visibility,

    understanding and anticipation when it comes to CSC, Mass Allocation, and other

    different margin levers.

    Point of Contact for Analytical Review

  • Point of contact within Commercial FP&A to address questions regarding monthly
  • performance / forecast. Analysis is regularly provided and presented to managerial

    scope business leaders, Division FP&A, EM Director, etc.

    Intercompany Processes

  • Without being the process owner, ensures all stakeholders maintain adequate
  • processes for intercompany processes (e.g. SERN, OPA) and respect policies and


    guidelines that are ultimately necessary for accurate and reliable performance

    Rolling Forecast

  • Following guidance that may be received by Division FP&A, works with managerial
  • scope business leader in preparing the quarterly rolling forecast for the perimeter.

    Loading of forecast in Ecube. Preparation of AOC.

    Annual Campaigns

  • Supports process Target Setting Process as well as Prior process following
  • general guidance and instructions received from Division FP&A.

    System Reconciliations

  • Ensures consistency of data between different systems, including ERP, Ecube,
  • Spot (PPM).

    Prioritization and Cash Out Plan

  • Supports the annual process of Prioritization and Cash Out Plan for the managerial
  • Ad-Hoc

  • Other Ad-Hoc responsibilities as they pertain to Topline and P&L for Europe or
  • Key Relationships

  • Qualifications :

  • Degree in Finance, Accounting
  • 5+ years post-qualification experience in relevant field
  • Experienced in the following : FP&A, Cost controlling, Reporting and Analysis,
  • and Business Partnership

  • Able to communicate effectively, including with senior business leaders
  • Able to work proactively and autonomously
