You might be asking yourself, Do I have what it takes to excel? We think you do. Typically, to qualify as a Technical Support Representative you need to have :
Completed at least 2 years of college
Excellent English communication skills
Strong familiarity with the internet and MS Office applications
At least 1 year technical support / troubleshooting experience
What you might be doing on a typical day :
Provide technical support for end users through effective troubleshooting and problem-solving
Proactively keep up to date on new procedures
Transfer customers to other internal departments where appropriateÂ
