Job Description

  • Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services.
  • Opens customer accounts by recording account information.
  • Maintains customer records by updating account information.
  • Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem;
  • expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.

  • Live chat, e-mail, data entry
  • Minimum Qualifications

  • Must be fluent in English - both in speaking and writing
  • At least 2 years experience for an English speaking account - Property management / real estate account a plus but not required
  • At least one year of Live chat experience for an English speaking company
  • At least one year of email correspondence experience for an English speaking company
  • Required Skills :
