  • Collaborates with management to gain knowledge of work situation requiring training for employees, conducts Needs Analysis
  • Monitor training results and statistics
  • Continuously recommend new training approaches, techniques and programs
  • Plan, develop, and provide training and staff development programs
  • Analyze training needs to develop new training programs or modify and improve existing programs
  • Develop relevant, value-adding training material
  • Facilitate relevant training interventions
  • Graduate of any 4-year course
  • Preferably BS Psychology, Human Resources
  • At least 3 to 5 years experience in Training & Development
  • Skilled at Content Development
  • Good understanding & experience in TNA
  • Good Communication skills
  • Strong Facilitation & Presentation skills
  • Evident Core Behavior Creative & Adaptive, Willing to Learn, Accountable
  • Optimistic & Proactive
  • Experience of communicating at all levels up to and including senior management
