Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Manage the Operation of bigger team
  • Review and sign-off joiners list
  • Coordinate and collaborate with CMT
  • Collaborate with Stakeholder on process calibration
  • Review and provide feedback on RCA (Root Cause Analysis)
  • Manage emerging special projects
  • Quality review for Onboarding and Background Check (BGC)
  • Manage first layer of BGC Adjudication

  • Qualifications :

  • Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource or any equivalent
  • Must have at least 2 years’ Recruitment experience
  • Experience in Onboarding and Background Check
  • Must have an experience in hiring
