Job Summary Responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting and expanding a high performance global network.
Responsible for participating in network audits and developing and implementing remediation solutions
Monitor and report on the progress of the network team's audit compliance
Document network designs and solutions and develop and maintain network diagrams
Responsible for updating and maintaining network related tools
Update and maintain the network team's document library
Generate and distribute detailed regular and ad hoc reports
Understanding of advanced Cisco routing protocols such as BGP, EIGRP and OSPF
Utilize protocol analysis tools for troubleshooting
Design, develop and recommend technical solutions that will optimize the current network, increase redundancy and add flexibility to the existing infrastructure
Plan and coordinate installation of in-house and remote hardware and software across the Teleperformance network.
Conduct research and make recommendations on network products, services, protocols, and standards in support of network procurement and development efforts.
Assess and administer all network equipment, hardware, and software upgrades.
Duties / Responsibilities Establish and maintain regular written and in-person communications with other Teleperformance teams regarding pertinent network activities.
Qualifications : Bachelor degree is preferred
Cisco network-related certifications such as CCNA or CCNP; CCNP is preferred
Minimum 2+ years' experience managing and designing global network infrastructures
Minimum 2+ years' experience managing and configuring enterprise LAN, WAN and VPN technologies.
Experience in managing a distributed inventory of network equipment.
Experience in management of network device software updates and version consistency.
Hands-on experience troubleshooting hardware such as servers, routers, switches, network interface cards, firewalls, and telecommunications devices.
Experience troubleshooting serial, T1, DS3, OC3, Frame Relay and ATM Circuits
Strong experience with Cisco Routers and Switches.
Solid understanding of routing protocols, BGP, EIGRP, and OSPF.
Strong Networking skills (TCP / IP and Multicast).
Solid Hardware knowledge (UPS Units, Server, Switches, Routers).
